What Simpallo does, what each plan includes, and how to get into the product.
What is Simpallo?
Simpallo is cloud software for commercial fence estimation. You upload plans, search and bookmark sheets, draw fence lines, set specs, and — on the Essentials plan — produce a material list. It runs in the browser, so a crew can open it from anywhere on any device.
Who is it for?
Commercial fence contractors. It was built by Dan Turbeville, a fence industry veteran and president of Memphis Fence Company, for the way commercial fence companies actually bid work.
Do I have to start from a plan set?
No. You can draw on an uploaded plan set, on any PDF (satellite views, scans, hand drawings), or on a virtual grid when no drawing exists.
What is the difference between Core and Essentials?
Core is $30 per user per month and includes 10 GB of storage, plan and document organization, project search, the bid calendar, and measuring. Essentials is $100 per user per month, includes 500 GB, and adds the product builder and material lists. Essentials includes everything in Core.
Are there setup fees or a contract?
No. Prices are per user, per month. There are no up-front fees and no onboarding cost. There is no contract, and you can cancel at any time.
Can we change item names, math, and fence types?
Yes. Organizations can rename items, change quantity math, and add fence types that are not already in the software. The Chain Link product, for example, covers a 4 ft residential fence and an 18 ft commercial fence with razor ribbon, braces, trusses, and bottom rail. Product building and material lists are part of Essentials.
What does the new estimating engine do?
The first version lets users complete an entire estimate inside Simpallo. The update video on the Updates page is a first look. Those videos cover what changed, not every feature in the product.
Where do files and bids live?
Each project has its own file storage. The organization also has one shared bid calendar. When a project is marked sold, it leaves the bidding list. Core includes 10 GB and Essentials includes 500 GB.
How do I log in?
Clients sign in at https://simpallo.app. Billing is separate, in the Stripe customer portal linked from the footer and the contact page.
